Hello friends!
Here’s a little blog post about how to make workplaces better for working-class people. It’s particularly aimed at the NGO and charity environment, but also applicable to other workplaces.
It was written for RadHR. A fantastic group providing progressive HR policies for social change organisations and workplaces, big and small.
From their website: "RadHR is about practically applying anti-oppressive ideas to how social change organisations and workplaces organise internally. It offers alternatives to off-the-shelf HR policies and processes, which tend to replicate the very oppressions that our organisations strive to challenge."

Happy reading.
